Look of the Week: Strawberry Santas

If you will be spending time around little ones this holiday, you may want to whip up these strawberry Santas. They look fun to make, and sound delicious. Here's the how-to:

Gather up some large strawberries, a package of cream cheese (softened), a few tablespoons of powdered sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla.

Rinse the berries and cut around the top of each; remove the top (enough for a hat) and clean out the whole strawberry with a paring knife.

Beat the cream cheese, 3-4 Tbs. of powdered sugar, and tsp. of vanilla until creamy. Add the mixture to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off.

Fill the strawberries with the cheesecake mixture and top with the 'hats'. You could probably use black sesame seeds or flax seeds for the eyes.

If not serving immediately, refrigerate.

Have a great week, and Merry Christmas!
