We are so happy to have completed the renovation/addition of this character-filled 1900-built home in Moss Bay. The home was a rental for us, and while we had made several improvements over the years, it still had original windows and siding, and a pretty basic interior. Here is what it looked like before:
It started as a one bed/one bath, 720 square foot cottage, and we turned it into a 3 bed/3 bath Modern Farmhouse with 1,633 square feet! We'll also get an effective year built of 2013 when the County reassesses it next year. Here is how the kitchen used to look:
